Brief Description of Event:
This class, meeting weekly for 5 sessions, is designed with actors, presenters and teachers in mind. All are welcome - new or experienced. Teachers who are curious about online teaching are welcome to attend. Belinda will offer a free tutorial follow-up meeting for ATI teaching members. Using Alexander's approach to observation and discovery as our guide, we develop awareness, focus, open up our physical expression and resilience. We build a friendly relationship to ourselves -- even when under pressure! Supportive self-study skills are part of each class.
