Baltimore, West Cork , Ireland, Europe

Brief Description of Event:
The Wild Atlantic Way, Ireland coastal venue with sea views, hills and modern main house accommodation for an Alexander Retreat. Great Irish menus for breakfast and evening meal. Lunch will be 3 hours, which allows time to explore ancient sites locally or Irish pubs or perhaps Baltimore (a fishing village, with an O'Driscoll castle and its history) or Skibbereen cafe's and restaurants. Recommendations for evenings will abound as Music, markets and food or literary festivals have already started!The first day will start with an Irish welcome to all of ye! Each morning, a walk or yoga or a labyrinth walk on site, as preferred. Alexander work will include discussion of FM Alexanders writings, and demonstrations of 'having fun working to principle' in a group setting each day, and most afternoons OR evenings, ending always before 9pm. Visits can be organised to the islands, via Ferry Cape Clear or Sherkin island. Local live music. Sailing.
