Brief Description of Event:
David Moore will be running a series of 4 half day workshops over this weekend. You can attend on or all of these. 1. Heal your feet - walk with ease2. Improve your posture and movement3. Smart Yoga - applying the Alexander technique to your yoga practice4. Free your breath and voice with the Alexander technique.
