Brief Description of Event:
These classes run for 5 weeks on Wednesdays starting 31 January. David Moore has been teaching the Alexander technique and yoga for over 35 years and runs training courses for Alexander teachers and yoga teachers in Melbourne, Australia. He is a registered Senior Teacher with Yoga Australia You can attend individual classes at €13.20 per class or you can take 25% off if you book for all 5 classes, The Australian time for this class is 6pm"
