Brief Description of Event:
This will be an intensive dive into the application of the Alexander technique to yoga practice, My workshops in the UK and Europe are normally moslty attended AT and/or yoga teachers who want to deepen their practice, and also to develop their teaching skills, and sometimes people who are relatively new to this work. The fee included tuition, meals and accommodation.
