Brief Description of Event:
David Moore is the author of "Smart Yoga: Apply the Alexander Technique to enhance your practice, prevent injury's and enhance body awareness" He has been head of training at The School for F.M. Alexander Studies for the past 25 years. He is a registered senior teacher with Yoga Australia and has been teaching both yoga and the Alexander technique since 1985. He is teaching with Rossella Buono, author of "For the Love of Games" whohas been teaching the AT since 2012.This is their third retreat at Assisi and this beautiful and historic location, People have the option of single or shared rooms. Delicious vegetarian food is guaranteed. There will be an intensive teaching schedule starting early but with time off in the later afternoon and evening to rest or explore.
