Brief Description of Event:
Over this intensive long weekend David will introduce you to a personalized approach to yoga outlined in his book "Smart Yoga: Use the Alexander technique to enhance your practice, prevent injury and increase body awareness." The fee includes all tuition plus food and accommodation in the tastefully converted farm buildings, the plans and décor of which were personally approved by the then owner of the Duchy of Cornwall, now King Charles lll. Depending on the weather there will be some time to explore this wild and remote landscape.
