Brief Description of Event:
The course will include: An overview of the Alexander technique, The relationship of Alexander principles to yoga philosophy, An analysis of habitual postural and movement patterns and how to change and improve them, An analysis of underlying structual patterns, Improving observation skills, A detailed anaysis of different asanas and how to modify them to allow for individual differences, Breathing and pranayama, Finding ease in everyday activities, Finding mental and bodily stability and ease in meditation
