Location of the Event/Workshop: Salt Lake City, Utah

Brief Description of Event: For skiers of all levels, with 16 participants maximum for ample personal attention. Each workshop day begins with semi-private lessons on the slopesand ends indoors with group and private Alexander Technique lessons. We will stay in spacious housing close to four world-class ski resorts and enjoy delicious health-conscious cooking by a mother-and-son team.
