Brief Description of Event:
An exciting opportunity for AT teachers and trainees to explore both new, and familiar ways of working on themselves! This class will focus on using presence and being present, as a means to allow oneself to release and expand in whatever ways one's 'cellular self' is ready and willing to- without the need to impose directions! We will work in semi-supine and sitting / standing and will practice put listening hands on ourself. Insightful practical, experiential work. Class is 75 mins: 17.00-18.15 hrs GMT (UK time).
