Brief Description of Event:
Bill and Shawn have been collaborating since 2014, uniting the principles of Alexander Technique and Nervous System Energy Work into a process that more clearly and efficiently defines the Alexander Technique and the teacher training process.  Here's your chance to be a part of that work and contribute to this growing body of knowledge.  We welcome you to join us for a series of workshops alternate Wednesdays at 3:30 pm Pacific Time.
