Brief Description of Event:
In our first class we be explored our spiritual anatomy system to experience the broad landscape of support that is available to us at the physical, emotional, mental and soul levels of our being. For our next class, as part of our Alexander Technique as a spiritual practice series, we will explore Direction as a Spiritual Practice. In his exploration of self discovery, FM Alexander created a set of directions as a tool to help facilitate more freedom in our body and in our psyche. One of the greatest gifts we’re given as human beings, is the gift of consciousness and the ability to direct our consciousness. How we direct our consciousness literally shapes our lives and every experience we have. Your Instructors are Jamee Culbertson and Jay Hovenesian
