Brief Description of Event:
An Intensive on Zoom July 19, 21, 23, 26, 28, 30, August 2, 4 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. PDT$375 Based on Cathy’s book of the same title, these will be active explorations of the material of the text. Designed primarily for Alexander Technique teachers, teachers-in-training, and experienced students. (We will be reading the text as part of the course.)
