Event Description: Do you want to learn to juggle? Experience the many benefits of juggling by learning to consciously apply Alexander Technique principles to the basic 3-ball cascade. Students will experiment in open practice with the instructor to hone focus, improve hand-eye coordination, and enhance spatial awareness. This workshop is suitable for brand-new jugglers and beginners looking to improve their skills.

Please provide your own juggling balls.

This workshop will meet online via Zoom from 2:00-3:30pm ET.
