Date: 19 May 2026 at 11am-12pm ET Location: Online ZOOM workshop. ZOOM link will be sent after you register Instructor: Judith Saxton Do you have ongoing challenges with recurring aches or pain? Are some of your activities hobbled by insistent messages of ‘too much’ in the guise of discomfort? Does some therapy/exercise that is supposed to help instead cause more hurt? Whether nagging, intermittent, or incessant, our aches and pains are alongside us for our life’s journey. Similar to allergies, colds, and sprains, they can stop us in our tracks, or at the very least cause a modification of our activities. As we use our bodies occasionally beyond what is intended or simply inhabit a way of moving that doesn’t align with our innate design, our bodies can speak to us until we begin to listen to the gift that pain can signal. Befriending your whole self, pain included, is step one to appreciating this wisdom-system your body provides. Offering ongoing feedback, your aches and pains, when welcomed, can be the catalyst for a course direction in thinking, leading to a life of different possibilities and abundant choices.
