A Keeping Your Hand In class for AT teachers & trainees.5-6.15pm BST / UK time, 6pm Central European, 9am Pacific, 10am Mountain, 11am Central, 12 Eastern Grounding, cleansing, closing down, opening up....How do we ‘look after ourselves’ whilst teaching so as to stay centred and avoid burnout or picking up our pupil’s ‘stuff’?
