Brief Description of Event:
A 'Keeping Your Hand In' class for AT teachers & trainees.5-6.15pm BST / UK time, 6pm Central European, 9am Pacific, 10am Mountain, 11am Central, 12 Eastern Work in prone to individuate the moving hand from the rest of body, whilst leading the arm into expansion & rotation. These classes are practical and experiential. You will need to be able to lie in prone/ semi-supine and will need a chair. They are offered as way for our global AT teaching community to continue exploring, learning, growing and developing our experience of Alexander work. [email protected]
