Acting Through the Alexander Technique - 4 Class Series

Brief Description of Event:

Come work on your monologues through the Alexander Technique lens! Each class will focus on one or two principles of the Alexander Technique as it relates to acting. This will include the exploration of expanded awareness, physical integration, balance, presence, and choice. You will receive individual feedback and guidance on how to integrate your full self into your work and have the opportunity to perform your monologue in front of others. This class series takes place 11/17, 11/24, 12/1 & 12/8 from 6-7:30pm in person at the Balance Arts Center. Students may drop in to individual classes or join for the full series. Class Series Fee: $85 for 4 classes. Drop In Fee: $25 per class. Registration is required at balanceartscenter.com/class
