Brief Description of Event: 

David Moore is offering four workshops over tbe weekend during his visit to Canterbury in 2025. You can attend one or all four of these. They are all practical workshops in which you will learn tools to improve your ease and functioning in daily life.
1. Walk with ease
2. Improve your posture and movement
3. Smart Yoga - applying the Alexander technique to yoga practice
4. Free you breath and voice.
David will also be offering private lessons on the two days after the workshops
