Brief Description of Event: 

Debi Adams is coming to Mönchengladbach and Düsseldorf in May. The 24/25 May is a workshop weekend where she will work with us on how to deal better with turbulent times. Debi says: ‘The Alexander Technique is needed in the world more than ever. It gives us the opportunity to help people deal better with current events in the world and, of course, in their immediate environment. Debi is also trained in Somatic Experiencing, so she will also guide us on how we can better regulate our nervous system and how we can support our students in doing so. On Monday 26 May, Debi will be offering individual sessions and ATI sponsorships in Düsseldorf.
