ATI Parity of Fees

Dear ATI Members:

We are writing to give you information in advance about ATI's dues structure for 2023. Some of our members have suffered financial hardship in the past few years, and the ATI Board felt that the right thing to do for 2022 was to hold fast to our rate of $180.00 and offer members the opportunity to pay less if necessary in their circumstances. We could do this because of the financial health of the organization.

Also new for 2022 has been the incorpora1on of the suggestions from the Parity of Fees sub-committee. Each member has been assigned to one of three tiers according to their country of residence. The sub-committee calculated reductions
for Tiers II and III according to various factors such as exchange rates, cost of living, and cost of an individual Alexander Technique lesson. These reductions have automatically been applied to your 2022 dues invoice. Your country's tier
may be reassigned as changes in exchange rates warrant. Please find the Tier Table below to find out what tier you are in. This is assigned based on your country of residence.

Tier 1 @ $180

Tier 2 @ $150

Tier 3 @ $100

ATI’s bylaws mandate an increase in dues every two years to counteract inflation. We have not been in compliance with our bylaws in that regard since at least 2012. Therefore, we plan to raise dues in 2023 to $200 for Tier I, with reductions
for Tiers II and III at the same percentage as this year’s reductions. This will still amount to somewhat less than if we had been raising dues every other year since 2012. We expect to return to the biennial increase mandated in the bylaws
beginning in 2025, subject of course to changing circumstances. Thank you for continuing to make ATI a strong professional organization for the benefit of all its members.

Best Regards,
Your ATI Board
